Reservation & Security Deposits

A reservation fee of $500 dollars per vessel is due when making an advanced reservation.  The reservation fee will be charged on the renter’s credit card  and will be returned when the rental comes back on time with NO damage and full of fuel. Renters can check availability online by filling out the reservation request form.

Late Pickups and Returns

Renters that are 30 minutes late for their scheduled pickup will forfeit their rental along with their deposit. Rentals that are returned late will lose their deposit once it’s 30 minutes after 5.00 PM or arranged pickup time.

Damage Policy

We charge for damages to the waverunner rentals. The renter is responsible for all damages & losses on the watercraft. The renter’s credit card on file will automatically be charged for any damages. If you are not confident that you can  operate the waverunner without hitting other objects, or if you are not certain of the water depth needed to avoid damage to the impeller or hull, please consider renting from others.

The cost to repair paint damage is $65 per square inch and damage due from beaching or hitting under water objects cost is $500 or more depending on extent of damages.  Damage to the plastic hood or a trim piece usually requires replacing the entire part. Damage to the back mat due to tubing or ski/wakeboarding is a cost of $200 to replace back mat. A replacement hood costs $250 and the cost to replace an impeller damaged by rocks, weeds, rope or sand is $600.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RETURN WATERCRAFT WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ANY DOWN TIME INCURRED FOR REPAIR OF DAMAGED WATERCRAFT AT THE DAILY RENTAL RATE.  THIS CHARGE IS IN ADDITION TO THE REPAIR COST FOR DAMAGED WATERCRAFT.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Prohibited Activities  

Renter shall not violate any of the following rules and regulations during his/her operation of the watercraft:

There are no additional passengers permitted on the watercraft useless put on the contract prior to use of watercraft. There is no smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted on the watercraft at anytime during the rental. Renters that are witnessed speeding through the 5 MPH “No wake zones” will be charged a $100 fine. Renters that come back intoxicated will be held until our local law enforcement comes to prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with in 72 hours prior to the rental period to receive your full deposit back minus the $25 to $50 dollar non-refundable processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental day.
