How can I make a reservation for a waverunner?
To make a reservation for a waverunner, you can either call us directly or fill out the reservation form on our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
Where do we meet for pick-up & drop off?
We meet you at the Oak Hill Market parking lot located a few miles outside of Lake Nacimiento. There we go over the contract and a safety orientation of the waverunner.
What should I bring for my waverunner rental?
When renting a waverunner, please bring a valid ID, sunscreen, swimwear, and any personal items you may need. We provide life jackets and safety equipment for your convenience.
Are there any age restrictions for renting a waverunner?
Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old to operate a waverunner. However, younger passengers can ride along with an adult. Safety is our top priority, so please ensure all riders follow the guidelines.
What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
Cancellations must be made with in 72 hours prior to the rental period to receive your full deposit back minus the $25 to $50 dollar non-refundable processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental day. Please check our terms & conditions for more details.
