NOTE:
Fuel is not included in the cost of the rental. You will receive the rental with a full tank of fuel and it is expected to be returned with a full tank of fuel or have the fuel deducted out of your security deposit. Due to the invasive mussel program all of our rentals must be launched from Lake Naciento main resort or there will be addition fees
- We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental date will result in the loss of the $500.00 security deposit per vessel.
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee ranging from $25 to $50, depending on the reservation.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of your rental period.
- We ask that all rentals be returned on time. If a rental is more than 30 minutes late and we have not received communication about the scheduled drop-off time, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Two day minimum on holiday weekends.
- To ensure proper preparation and safety checks, we require at least 12 hours’ notice for all rentals. Same-day bookings are not available.
